Pastor Mary Banks Holloway is a faithful and dedicated woman of God with a heart for God’s people and their soul’s salvation. As overseer and co-founder of Transforming Lives Christian Center since March 2009, she is committed to teaching the whole word of God, unwavering and with conviction to its truth and power. Her desire is for everyone to know and have a life transforming relationship with Jesus Christ our savior. Through her heart moving teaching, revelation and understanding of God’s Word, pastor Mary helps others to understand and grow in their faith and knowledge of the Word of God, so that they may be a more useful vessel in the Kingdom of God. Pastor Mary’s ministry is rooted and backed in the Word of God, thus moving in the Power and Strength of the Holy Spirit. We operate in the spirit of Love, grace, mercy, understanding and God’s anointing. At TLCC, under Pastor Mary’s leadership and guidance, we are not church as normal, but we believe in church as family, living and loving one another as Christ loves his church. At TLCC, our mission is clear and unwavering: we connect people to Jesus and each other. As a Jesus-believing, Bible teaching ministry, we are committed to sharing the transformative power of the gospel while fostering genuine community among believers.
Elder Doctor Clifford Holloway
Pastor, Transforming Lives Christian Center
Elder Doctor Clifford Holloway is a man called by God to proclaim His words to God’s people. Dr. Clifford Holloway is committed to preaching and teaching God’s word with power and love in the Holy Spirit. Dr. Holloway is noted for his love and dedication for the people and always looking to share his time and the word of God. Dr. Holloway, focus is “Walking with God by Faith”; keeping his focus on drawing people to Jesus Christ and showing how the Holy Spirit will lead you once you are committed to Christ. The mean mission of Dr. Holloway is bringing about a change in the life of a person and walk with them as a true man of God should do. Showing the people, how faith and love with obedience move the hand of God. Dr. Holloway passion for people, shows his leadership and devotion to God and the things of Go. His quote is “just one person at a time, will change a community “. Dr. Holloway enlighten people and inspires them to study God’s word and focus on their walk with God. Dr. Holloway’s calling was one that is of faith, meaning when Dr. Holloway was called it was based on Hebrews 11: 1-2, when told by the Spirit of God to preach. As a man of God, I believe in Matthews 6:33, and when we keep to that we will see the hand of God move, not only in the believer’s life but also in the lives of others around them. My call to TLCC is to assist and lead the people to Christ and live a Godly life pointing to eternal life with Christ. As God’s servant my call is to unify the people and community back to God, by sharing the true word of God and being an example to the people everyday not just on Sunday. I do that is by preaching and teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and the whole word of God. With close to thirty years of walking with God by Faith and obedience, I found out that the only place to be is under the shadow of God. My faith in God is unwavering and pure, I stand on God’s word and live in His promises. Again, TLCC is not just a place to come but a place to feel the presence of God and family. We are a family, and everyone is welcome in God’s house. Come let us break bread together.
